OUR STORY
Born from the realities of managed print
PriApps was formed in 2009 in response to a growing need: mobile workers wanted to print from the devices they carried. BlackBerry was then the leading smartphone in the workplace, and PriApps pioneered secure print release from a smartphone.
But it didn't just start in 2009. For almost ten years before that, the people behind PriApps were helping companies such as Xerox, Sharp, Dell Professional Services and Computacenter deliver some of the largest managed print service (MPS) contracts across Europe and North America.
PriApps was born out of that experience, and out of the need for an intuitive, feature-rich print management platform that scales to the enterprise, under a licensing model that makes sense for dealers and their customers.
Today, smartphones, tablets and laptops are part of everyday working life, and PriApps continues to deliver innovative print management for any environment and any make or model of printer or MFP.
HERITAGE AND INNOVATION
For years, our technology was better known than our name.
For much of our early history, PriApps did not sell its technology under its own name. Instead, established print-management companies, software providers and industry partners selected PriApps as their technology partner, incorporating PriApps software and specialist components into solutions marketed under their own brands.
Today, PriApps brings that technology, experience and innovation directly to the market under its own brand. Our customers and partners now benefit directly from our heritage in solving real-world operational problems and delivering business value to organizations large and small.
