User attributes
Map LDAP attributes to PriApps user fields for accurate user import and synchronization.

The User Attributes tab maps LDAP directory attributes to PriApps user record fields. Configure each field with the LDAP attribute name that holds the corresponding value.

| Name Attribute | LDAP attribute used for the user's display name. |
| First Name Attribute | LDAP attribute for the user's first name. |
| Last Name Attribute | LDAP attribute for the user's last name. |
| Middle Name Attribute | LDAP attribute for the user's middle name or initials. |
| Login ID Attribute | LDAP attribute used as the user's login ID within PriApps. |
| Windows Login Attribute | LDAP attribute used as the user's Windows login. |
| Mail Attribute | LDAP attribute used for the user's email address. |
| Shortcode Attribute | LDAP attribute used as the user's shortcode. |
| Card ID Attribute | LDAP attribute used as the user's ID card identifier. |
| Device ID Attribute | LDAP attribute used as the user's device ID. |
| PIN Attribute | LDAP attribute used as the user's PIN. |
| Department Account Attribute | LDAP attribute used for the user's department account assignment. |
| Home Directory Attribute | LDAP attribute used for the user's home directory. |
| Quota Class Attribute | LDAP attribute used to assign the user's quota class. |
| Google ID Attribute | LDAP attribute used as the user's Google ID (required for Chromebook printing). |
